Yiannis Soteriou
Managing Director
Yiannis Soteriou has extensive audit, international tax and business advisory experience. He has advised companies in Cyprus, Europe, Russia and the UK on financial and audit issues. His breadth of professional experience extends to multi-national clients in major industries including energy, financial services, software development, manufacturing, distribution and construction and this considerable experience makes him well-placed to appreciate the challenges facing the years ahead.
Yiannis has served as a director and a partner in two of the mid-tier firms in Cyprus acting as an assurance engagement partner, supporting clients with tax structures and providing advisory services.
Yiannis is a Fellow member (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds an engineering degree and is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Marios Pashias

Marios Pashias has extensive experience and specializes in providing audit and advisory services to a range of large and medium clients. His professional experience extends to local and international clients in major industries including retail, aviation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, fashion and telecommunications.
Marios is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Nicolas Kyprianou

Nicolas Kyprianou has trained with one of the leading audit firms of Cyprus. He has experience in financial reporting and audit in a range of industries including alternative investment funds, construction, education and renewable energy.
Nicolas is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Business and Business Administration (majoring Accounting) from University of Cyprus.

Maria Charitonos specializes in the area of financial reporting and audit and assurance services with several years of experience. Her professional experience extents to clients in major industries including investment holding, retail, construction, education and sports clubs. Maria has worked for two of the mid-tier firms in Cyprus.
Maria is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus.
